Tickets for Door County’s biggest craft beer event of the year are now available!
The Door County Beer Festival returns to Baileys Harbor Saturday, June 20 with more than 100 craft beers, live music, and local chefs.
Last year’s festival attracted more than 1,200 people to the grounds of the Baileys Harbor Town Hall Park. This year’s festival promises to be even better, says co-organizer Brian Fitzgerald.
“We have a great band lined up once again, and our lineup of chefs promise to keep bringing great twists to their specialties in our food festival,” Fitzgerald says.
This year’s event will feature carefully curated craft beers focused on Wisconsin brewers. Organizers also select area chefs specializing in working with local ingredients to present mouth-watering fare in a street food style on the lawn, and are proud to be co-presenting the band The Dead Pigeons with Door County Brewing Co., bringing new musicians to the peninsula scene.
Educational seminars and booths will be found throughout the grounds to encourage participation, and organizers will announce details for a very special VIP event later this February.
The festival is held in conjunction with the 27th annual Peninsula Century Spring Classic bicycle ride (formerly the Ride for Nature), which starts and finishes on the grounds of the festival and includes fully supported routes of 25, 50, 62 and 100 miles.
